Agentie Organizare Nunta · VilonMedia
Terms and Conditions
Updated 26 October 2026 · 2026-10-26-v2
1. Who operates the portal
These terms concern www.agentie-organizare-nunta.com, a portal presenting and promoting wedding businesses. The network is administered by VILON CROMER S.R.L. (tax ID 37907760, registration J2017001014156) and TOKAIDO CONSULT S.R.L. (tax ID 41110671, registration J15/970/2019).
VILON CROMER S.R.L.: Str. Tineretului no. 1, Aninoasa, Dâmbovița County, Romania. TOKAIDO CONSULT S.R.L.: Str. Pandurilor no. 8, Târgoviște, Dâmbovița County, Romania. Contact: contact@vilonmedia.ro and contact@tokaido.ro. The service provider and commercial conditions for each subscription are identified in the offer and agreement accepted by the customer.
2. What the portal provides
The portal allows visitors to consult business presentations and request information. Promotion services are intended for business customers. A message sent through a form requests an offer or response; it does not by itself create a subscription or an obligation to pay.
A contract for wedding planning or other services offered by a listed business is made directly with that business. VilonMedia is not automatically a party to that contract and does not guarantee the performance of a third-party supplier.
3. Subscriptions and availability
The duration, total price, VAT treatment, payment, included services, updates, termination and any renewal are governed by the accepted offer and agreement. Displayed prices cover the entire stated period and are not monthly charges. Automatic renewal is not assumed without a valid provision to that effect.
For local-page promotion, exclusivity covers the locality page and period confirmed in the agreement. It does not automatically extend to a county, the entire network or all services provided by a business. Availability is checked before contracting.
We do not promise a particular number of customers, visitors or sales, search-engine positions or recommendations from AI systems.
4. CV materials and the Trust Certificate
Access to cv.vilonmedia.ro and available materials is provided under the subscription, for its contractual period, after payment has been received and materials have been prepared. Delivery is digital; physical printing is not included unless expressly stated. Products requiring a logo, review link or other information are prepared after the necessary information has been supplied.
The customer checks wording, contact details, QR codes and rights to resources before using or printing materials. Preparing variations of an existing logo does not transfer rights to a logo owned by someone else.
The Trust Certificate is a private attestation issued to eligible businesses under the conditions of the certificatincredere.ro register. It is not a public-authority document, a guarantee of commercial performance or GDPR compliance certification. Its current status and validity can be checked on its public verification page.
5. Rights to photographs, text and logos
The customer is responsible for the lawfulness of photographs, texts, logos and other materials supplied or designated by the customer for publication. The customer declares that it holds the necessary rights and permissions and authorises use of those materials to create the page and provide the promotion agreed in the contract, including necessary technical adaptations.
The customer must verify the rights to its materials before submission and publication, including copyright, image rights and the legal basis for processing the personal data of people shown. Technical assistance in creating the page does not replace this obligation. The customer retains evidence of the rights and provides it in response to a justified request.
Publication approval identifies the page, version and specific materials by files, a list or a copy of the page and is retained in writing, including by email. Silence, payment of an invoice or merely submitting a quotation enquiry does not, by itself, constitute a declaration of rights to unidentified materials.
The customer must promptly disclose any absence, restriction, expiry or dispute concerning usage rights and cooperate in clarification. A later statement that the customer lacks rights does not remove its obligations or liability for earlier breaches.
Following a sufficiently specific notice or concrete indications that rights are missing, VilonMedia may promptly suspend the disputed materials to the extent necessary for clarification and removes them when required. Notices may be sent to contact@vilonmedia.ro or contact@tokaido.ro. The customer is informed of the measure and relevant reasons within legal limits.
Subject to applicable law, the customer indemnifies the provider for proven losses and reasonable, necessary and substantiated expenses, including defence costs, caused by the customer’s breach of its materials obligations. The provider gives notice of claims within a reasonable time and allows the customer to participate in the defence. Amounts are not set unilaterally and take account of each party’s fault and contribution.
These rules concern materials supplied or designated by the customer; they do not shift responsibility for materials independently sourced by VilonMedia to the customer. They do not remove the provider’s legal obligations, its own liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or third-party rights. Contractual clauses apply under a validly concluded agreement; publishing them on the website does not retrospectively amend an existing contract.
6. Limited permission to use materials
To the extent that the customer holds the necessary rights, the customer grants VilonMedia non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, display and technically adapt materials for the contracted page and requested promotional materials, for example by resizing, reasonable cropping, composition and format conversion. Publication on other channels requires those channels to be included in the agreed service and the corresponding rights to be available.
The customer retains the rights they hold in the materials. We do not request a general, irrevocable or unlimited assignment for purposes unrelated to the service. Use ends when no longer required for the service or when a valid right requires it to stop; strictly necessary backups and evidence may follow a justified retention cycle and legal obligations.
7. Reporting an image or unlawful content
You may send an electronic notice to contact@vilonmedia.ro or contact@tokaido.ro with the subject “Content notice – agentie-organizare-nunta.com”. You do not need to buy a service or hold an account.
We assess notices without undue delay and may request proportionate clarification. We may temporarily restrict access to material while checking rights; doing so does not constitute an admission of liability. We communicate the decision and relevant reasons to the parties concerned within legal and data-protection limits. You may request human reconsideration using the same contact addresses.
We do not require a waiver of rights or an assessment fee. The notifier’s information is shared with the other party only where necessary and lawful. Your right to contact authorities or courts is unaffected.
- The exact page URL and identification of the photograph, text or logo concerned.
- An explanation of the alleged infringement and right relied on, with relevant evidence or an explanation of your capacity to report it.
- Your name and response email, subject to statutory exceptions; avoid unnecessary personal data.
- A statement of good faith that the information provided is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
8. Publication, demonstrations and moderation
We may request evidence of rights, correct errors and refuse or restrict material that is unlawful, misleading or contrary to the agreed service. Assessments take account of copyright, privacy, protection of children and users’ rights.
Demonstration or uncontracted profiles do not establish a partnership or a business’s availability. Examples, illustrations and certifications must be identified appropriately. We do not publish invented reviews or generated text as authentic testimonials.
9. Enquiries to listed businesses
When you request a service, information needed for the enquiry may be passed to a relevant business in the locality or area indicated if you request this disclosure. An enquiry is not general permission to distribute your details to unrelated partners or for their marketing.
Businesses receiving enquiries process information for their own quotation and service purposes and must provide their own privacy information and protection measures. The administrators’ processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Acceptable use and security
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious software, identity documents, complete banking details or sensitive information unnecessarily or without an appropriate channel. Do not attempt unauthorised access to accounts or data, or copy content automatically beyond lawful limits. Keep access credentials confidential and report any compromise.
11. Liability
Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations under the law and agreement. The customer’s obligation to supply lawful materials does not remove our legal duties, responsibility for our own materials or obligation to assess substantiated notices.
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited or require users to waive their rights. Any limits or compensation between business parties must be assessed against the particular circumstances and validly accepted provisions.
If a breach of the customer’s obligations concerning materials they supplied or authorised causes proven loss, recovery may be sought under the law and agreement, respecting the right of defence and each party’s contribution. This does not affect third-party rights or exempt VilonMedia from responsibility for its own acts.
12. Changes, governing law and contact
We publish a date and version for each update. Changes do not apply retrospectively to obligations already undertaken or amend an agreement outside its own conditions. Significant changes affecting an active subscription are communicated through appropriate means before taking effect where required.
Romanian law and relevant mandatory EU rules apply. Disputes are dealt with by the courts having jurisdiction under the law. Mandatory rights of persons acting as consumers are not restricted. For notices or questions: contact@vilonmedia.ro and contact@tokaido.ro.
The Romanian and English versions are intended to convey the same content. An individual agreement follows the language and interpretation rules agreed in that agreement; a translation discrepancy cannot remove mandatory rights.
